It was a challenging year to fit the training in the life priorities and other work activities but working on to turn that around in 2023.</p><p>My current club CO Liege (Belgium) organizes interesting Friday orienteering league from May till October, 16 sprint races in the Liege area. After 10 seconds of thinking I sent the email to the organizer and he called me after an hour (aroundm10 pm) to tell me that all maps were already printed yesterday and that they will have few spare ones and he will confirm on Saturday.</p><p>As this is a sprint format I said that M 21, 35 and 40 categories are ok form me, also due to my ages and current poor physical condition. :)</p><p>Finally, confirmation email was received yesterday evening and show can start.</p><p>The race was in the city center and due to the policy that shops open at 12 (with new corona rules it is 11) there shouldn't be too much people in the streets. Sezona je otvorena učešćem na tradicionalnom takmičenju Boroka kup. Teren nije bio standardna "tigrova koža" (kombinacija otvorenog terena sa dosta klekinih gustiša), vec klasika za ovaj deo Mađarske, peskovito tlo sa kombinacijim listopadne i borove šume.<br />
<br />
Prvi dan za zaborav... pogrešna karta, vraćanje na start, grube greške do 4. kontrole, potpuna dekoncentrisanost.<br />
<br />
Drugi dan dosta bolje tehnički, slabije fizički, ali nakon prethodnog dana jako zadovoljan.<br />

Evo primakao se i kraj ove godine, pa je red i da se napravi kratak osvrt na istu.<br />

Ova godina je za mene bila više uzbudljiva na poslovnom nego na sportskom planu, promene posla, navikavanja - sve je to rezultiralo malim brojem treninga i trka.<br />

Orijentiring: Prvi deo sezone uglavnom sprint trke po Beogradu i okolini, interesantan novi teren u okolini Despotovca. Drugi deo sezone uglavnom poznati tereni. Na kraju dovoljno za prvo mesto u Prvenstvu Srbije u kombinaciji u kategoriji M35. <a href="https://oris.orijentiring.rs/bodovanja.php">Rezultati</a><br />

Triatlon: Dovoljno je reći 0 km bike ove godine :( sve dalje je suvišno pisati.<br />

Naravno, tradicionalno maraton u Beogradu - polumaraton 1:55 h<br />

Skajraning (skyrunning) - fenomenalna trka skyrace na Besnoj kobili, start iz Vranjske banje<br />
<br />
Nadam se boljim rezultatima i interesantnijim trkama u 2016. godini<br />

U subotu 12. oktobra je u Beogradu na Adi održano Prvo Prvenstvo Srbije na polu distanci. Posle već ranije odrađenog half-a u Budimpešti, rešio sam da se oprobam i na domaćem terenu na istoj distanci.</div>

Uspeo sam da pozajmim neopren odelo i da plivanje u hladnoj vodi (17 stepeni) učinim znatno prijatnijim nego nekoliko nedelja ranije u Budimpešti. Otuda i malo bolje vreme na plivačkom segmentu 51:07 minuta.</div>

Nakon plivanja (1,9 km), prelazim na bike deo (90 km). Organizator je uspeo da obezbedi zatvaranje dela puta od Ade prema Ostružnici i vozilo se 8 krugova. U prva četiri kruga sam nepotrebno išao brže, što me je koštalo da do kraja vozim dosta sporije. T1 + bike +T2 3:29.35h, što je nekih 5 minuta lošije nego na prethodnoj trci</div>

Nakon ovoga i 4:20 h na stazi prelazim na poslednju etapu - trčanje. Što zbog forsiranja na bike-u, što zbog netreniranja, ovaj segment je baš potrajao da ga završim 2:30, znatno lošije nego u Budimpešti, 15 minuta.</div>

Posle polovine bike deonice sam se osećao iscrpljeno, ali uspeo sam da tempo na ostatku trke prilagodim sebi i da bez hodanja i stajanja odradim trku do kraja u istom ritmu (naročito na trčanju).</div>

Par grešaka u izboru varijante, jedno skretanje sa pravca, dosta sreće sa štampom na karti (u pojedinim kategorijama se štampa skinula do neprepoznatljivosti), zeleno, zeleno, zeleno... Sve u svemu sam zadovoljan posle nekoliko meseci bez orijentiring trka. do kraja sezone je ostalo još par tka, koje ću, nadam se, odraditi. Dan pre ove tke sam učestvovao i na trci oko Savskog jezera u organizaciji kompanije Adidas. Krug od 7700 metara sam istrčao za oko 38 minuta (čekam zvanične rezultate) i to mi je prilično teško palo posle skoro više od mesec dana bez treninga, ali nema stajanja...</div>

Posle više od godinu dana totalne neaktivnosti na blogu evo me nazad sa novom pričom, koja opet i nije baš povezana sa orijentiringom.<br />

Negde početkom godine na poziv i nagovaranje od strane druga Nikše Lema sam odlučio da zajedno učestvujemo na triatlonu u Budimpešti sa 1.9 km plivanja, 90.1 km bike i 21.1 km trčanja. Izabrali smo Budimpeštu zbog blizine, profila staze i datuma održavana (avgust - računao sam da mi neće biti potrebno neopren odelo za plivanje, ali ipak...). </div>

Moj plan je bio da znatno popravim plivanje, koje mi je, iskreno govoreći, najslabiji deo. Međutim, ne ide sve baš onako kako planiraš u životu, dosta obaveza na poslu mi je oduzelo planirano vreme za treninge, tako da sam tek početkom jula počeo sa odlascima na plivanje. jedino kako sam uspevao da se uklopim je bilo u jutarnjim terminima pre posla zajedno sa Mihailom Živkovićem, kome hvala na motivaciji i podršci (plivali smo na Adi od 6h). Kad god sam imao malo prostora, trudio sam se da odradim neki trkački trening (10-14km), malo bike i par spajanja bike-run. Ono što sam sigurno znao je da ću izvozati i istrčati predviđene distance, jedino me je plivanje "plašilo" da li ću ga izgurati.</div>

Tih mesec dana do početka trke je proletelo, ja sam uspeo najduže da isplivam 1200m, Nikša je rezervisao smeštaj na samoj bike stazi trke, nekih 5-6km od starta i takmičarskog centra (triatlon sela). Start trke je bio u subotu, mi smo se našli u četvrtak, sa nama u sobi je bio i Luca (Nikšin prijatelj), tako da smo se nakom smeštanja nas trojica sa još par triatonaca iz Zagreba uputili do sela da se registujemo i uzmemo startne brojeve. Za petak je bilo zakazano ostavljanje stvari u zoni tranzicije, kao i jutarnje probno plivanje. Tu sam shvatio da će plivanje biti pakleno bez neoprena, zvanična temperatura vode je bila oko 19 stepeni, mada bliže Dunavu gde je bio okret je bila i znatno hladnija. Odlučio sam da ću startovati bez neoprena, pa kako bude.</div>

Ustali smo rano, doručkovali i otišli do sela. Moja grupa je startovala u 9:35 nas oko 250. Stao sam na kraj grupe, kako bih izbegao udaranje i guranje. Nas par je bilo bez neoprena i krenuli smooo....</div>

Lagano sam plivao boreći se sa hladnom vodom i talasima od takmičara ispred mene. Trudio sam se da ne razmišljam mnogo o tome šta će biti posle, već da se skoncentrišem i odradim ovaj segment do kraja. Plivalo se u rukavcu Dunava, staza je bila u obliku slova L. Kod okreta je voda bila toliko hladna da su mi noge utrnule, taj pojas je od nekih 10 - 15 metara, meni je delovalo kao da je više, počeo sam da razmišljam koliko dugo organizam može da izdrži u hladnoj vodi. Kombinovao sam kraul i prsno, više prsno, čak i prestigao neke takmičare. Cilj je bio ispred mene, gledajući u njega i bojeći bove sam dogurao do skretanja, još 200 metara i kraj plivanja.. Dok sam izlazio iz vode i trčao prem tranziciji znao sam da završavan trku. To je i najduže što sam do sada plivao - 1.9 km <b>54:47</b> minuta i 236. mesto u grupi.</div>

U T1 sam se obrisao, komplet preobukao za bike segment, tresući se od hladnoće. Nisam imao problema sa traženjem bika, jedino je moj ostao okačen... seo i krenuo bike deo... <b>6:36</b> minuta</div>

Vozila su se dva kruga sa leve i desne obale Dunava uz uspon i spust sa Budima. Krenuo sam lagano 27 -28kmh. Prvih cca 15 km nisam mogao da se ugrejem, kap znoja nisam pustio, koliko sam se smrznuo u vodi. celu trku sam vozio sam (no draft), mada je dosta takmičara vozilo u grupama rizikujući da dobiju penale. Tokom bike dela sam uzimao gelove, banane i hidrirao se za trkački deo, koristio sam okrepne stanice koliko god sam mogao, hvatajući bidone i okrepu u pokretu. Tokom trke sam malo i pojačavao ritam 33-34 kmh, čuvajući se za trčanje. <b>3:13:50</b> h i 223. mesto u grupi.</div>

Trčala su se 4 kruga sa dve okrepne stanice. Krenuo sam sa 5:30 po km, drzao jedno vremo i onda smanjivao ... Nisam imao problema na trčanju, nisam hodao, kod okrepnih stanica sam usporavo da bih uzeo vodu. <b>2:14:35</b> h i 221. mesto u grupi.</div>

Navijanje je bilo fenomenalno, dosta ljudi uz stazu koji te bodre, poneki i viču tvoje ime, više nego dovoljno da stisneš zube i nastaviš do kraja, a pred kraj, dok trčiš po tepihu, nabaciš osmeh, podigneš visoko ruke i znaš da si završio.. neopisiv osećaj...</div>

Moje planirano vreme je bilo oko 7 h, ovo ostvareno je više nego zadovoljavajućie, s obzirom koliko sam se malo pripremao i koliko sam rezervisano radio trku. Ima prostora za napredak, pa čak i ispod 6h da se ide na nekoj od sledećih trka, ali realno je očekivati 20 - 25 min bolje vreme, za početak :)<br />

Ono što je meni najbitnije da sam trku odradio u ritmu bez stajanja i hodanja, bez pada i povrede.. malo sam kalirao u težini, ali i to nadoknađujem višenedeljnim odmorom i pojačanom ishranom :)<br />

Drugi vikend u junu je rezervisan za tradicionalni bicilistički maraton oko Ljubljane, maraton Franja. U programu je bilo pet ponuđenih trka: veliki maraton 156 km, mali maraton 97 km, porodični maraton 25 km, dečiji maraton 1,5 km i hronometar 18km Ž/ 36 km M.</div>

Odluka je pala da se ide na Veliki Maraton kao uvertira za Maraton Dolomita krajem juna meseca. Pred sam Maraton sam kupio novi bicikl i možda i odluka da na njemu vozim i nije bila toliko ispravna, ali šta je bilo bilo je.. Nisam stigao da namestim nosače bidona, da se naviknem na novo sedište i na sam bike. Prve dve stvari su mi pravile i najviše problema na samoj trci.</div>

Došlo je i to nedeljno jutro kada je bio zakazan start, stigli smo na vreme, pokačili brojeve, popakovali gelove i stali u ogroman red biciklista na startu, preko 2500 biciklista. Dobra atmosfera na startu je malo opustala, mada je bila prisutna i blaga trema, prvi put vozim toliku dužinu u cugu, a šta zna dete šta je 160 km, sedne i vrti pedale... Krenuli smo, uz dosta buke, navijanja stanovnika Ljubljane koji su se naši na ulicama. Prvi put vožnja u grupi, treba se navći na njih, usaglasiti tempo, adrenalin je na vrhuncu, gura te napred. Grupa mi deluje presporo jurim sledeću, ni oni mi nisu baš brzi i opet spajam sa sledećom.. Sada kad se osvrnem kao da sam vozio hronometar, nisam uspevao da se usaglasim sa grupom.. Dolazi i prvi uspon, bez probema smo ga izvozali. Dejan nam govori da Savke i ja vozimo iza njega, ali od silnog uzbuđenja zaboravljam i šta mi je rekao, ganjam i dalje sam od grupe do grupe, naravno koristeći sve okrepne stanice da pijem vode, jer sam bez bidona celu trku. Dejan, Savke i Nikša su mi pobegli ostajem sam, na 112km počinju grčevi, hrabrim sebe da izdržim još malo tih 40 ak km do kraja, ne uspevam nikome da se prikačim da vozimo zajedno.. Dolazak na poslednju okrepnu stanicu i mojoj sreći nema kraja, pij Rađoni pij..Kao što Valter reče moraš stalno pit vodu i kada nisi žedan.. Još malo i cilj i kraj maratona 5h 45min i dobro je da je kraj.. Sledeće godine treba voziti mnogo pametnije.</div>

Šta reći za organizaciju? Na izuzetno visokom nivou, sve je podređeno biciklistima, navijača svuda duž trase, koji te i motivišu da ideš dalje, istraješ i završiš... Sama trasa maratona prolazi kroz stvarno prelepe predele Slovenije od kojih ti zastaje dah, mnogo pozitivne energije duž cele trase, to je nešto što ostaje zauvek u sećanju...<br />

At the begining of June was held 1. Salomon off road race in Košutnjak, beautiful forest park in Belgrade. Interesting route with a lot hard uphills and downhills. The race was 4,6 km divided in two laps.</div>

Because of the rain day before and on the race day I decided to take my orienteering shoes with spikes VJ bold <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D2a81aAJLas">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D2a81aAJLas</a> ;) and during the race it shows as a good chioce. I could go very fast downhill and I was very stabile uphill with no slipping as other and I could make secure and longer steps while running.</div>

During the race I didn't have problems on uphills or downhills, I even manage to pass by some other competitors, but when I got on the flat part of the track I continue with the sam speed... I finished at the 14th place with 30:14 min and 8 minutes behind the first one.</div>

This year I decided to do a triathlon. The first one where I could participate was held on the lake Ada Ciganlija, on 25th May, in the hart of Belgrade. It was sprint triathlon 750 m swim (2 laps) - 20 km bike (8 laps) - 5 km run (4 laps).</div>

At the start water temperature was around 20 degrees above 0, too cold for me to be honest :) As I'm not so good in swimming I started slowly letting all others competitors to pass by. First 100 meters I was totally frozen, then I started to push a little bit harder focusing on my swimming not thinking about water temperature and I manage to finish this part with the time 18:02 min and I felt very exausted. Also loosing some time in T1 2:12 min. Most of the bike course I did alone, last 3 laps I ride in a group and at the end 42:40 minutes bike +T2. Running was the last part of the race, but I think that we run less than 5K judging on my run time 20:57 min for 5K after swimming and cycling, even hard to belive, but could be goal to reach :)</div>

On Friday Belac called me for night training on Ada on Saturday evening, so I prepared my lamp and running equipment. It was birthday party of him and Natasa and he prepared birthday race for us orienteers. </div>

The course was 9 km long with 22 controls. At the start only four of us. To be honest I expected more people to run. Never mind, small group but chosen! We didn't have regular controls, just fluo tapes.</div>

I enjoyed last night in this interesting course. Small mistake on 1st, on the 6th I couldn't see the path well despite I was on it, so I went around. At the end 75 minutes for this course.<br />

After the race we went to the nearby caffe. Despite I felt a little bit tired after this, I found enough energy for Belgrade night life until 3 am :)<br />

Combination of running and cycling, 5km run + 20 km bike + 2.5 km run. Really good feeling making transitions from one discipline to other. It was sunny, but with strong wind. I was 16 minutes behind the first Igor Vuković (champion for year 2012), so I could be satisfied with my time. </div>

Then I was unsecured on the 10th and pass by close to 11th control. I did it fine until 17th where it was very, very hard for me to run, so I slow down and on 18th I was thinking to stop, but somehow I managed to finish this race.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">At the end 8200m for 97:44 minutes and totally exhausted, but it was compensated with visiting nearby spa :).. Ekipe su bile sastavljene od po dva člana i svako je trčao po tri staze - sprint štafeta na jedan čip, gde je trebalo voditi računa o redosledu kombinacija staza, koje svaki takmičar treba da pređe. Utisci svakako pozitivni, dosta akcije i neizvesnosti na malom prostoru. </div><div style="text-align: justify;">Ja i dalje nastavljam sa kombinacijom trčanja dužinskih treninga i trenažera tako da mi je ovaj trening prijao da se malo razmrdam. Šteta, banja je izostala ovog puta... :) ali biće prilike da se to ispravi..</div><br />

Interesantno je da se trčalo na potpuno novoj karti - Glavica, razmere 1:5000. Teren interesantan, kao i koncepcija staze.</div><br />

Kod treće sam stajao ispred nje na nekoliko metara i nisam je video. Posle je sve bilo ok do 9 gde sam izabrao lošu varijantu. 12. sam tražio sa pogrešne strane gustiša, pa loša varijanta na 13. Onda manja greška na 20., pa opet ta famozna 22. (9.) i neverovatna ista greška donja strana zemljanog odseka i manja greška na 25. i sve to u vremenu od 59:30 minuta, staza 5200m (po garminu 7km).<br />

Da, nisam dugo ništa pisao, ali imao sam i razloga za to. Naime, u proteklih 6 meseci sam se skućio i sad mogu opet da uživam objavljujući postove sa interesantnih takmičenja i događaja, kojih će, nadam se, u 2012. biti dosta.<br />

U drugom delu sezone bilo je dobrih takmičenja na kojima sam učestvovao, kao što su Kopaonik, Tara, Hungaria kup, Pirto i Venecija - takmičenje koje me je potpuno oduševilo i gde ću ići i sledeće godine.<br />

Iako sam bio dobro informisan o organizacionim (ne)sposobnostima ljudi koji su je i organizovali, ipak nisam mogao da verujem da će biti ovako loše. Prvobitna informacija koju smo dobili je bila mountain bike, orienteering i canyoning, sve zajedno neki 50 km. Tako smo i sastavili ekipu ne toliko fizički jaku, ali spremnu da odgovori postavljenom izazovu. Mali Maslačak (Vojkan i ja) - njegov deo oko canyoning-a (uže, pojas i slično), a moj deo oko orijentirniga, sve u cilju da pariramo drugim ekipama koje su možda fizički bolje pripremljenije od naše. Dogovoren je sastanak sa kapitenim u petak uveče i onda šok na sastanku... Nema canyoning-a, mtb nekih 17 km i orijentiring oko 6 - 7 km. Zar smo zbog ovoga zapucali čak na Taru??? Organizovana je bila kompletna logistiku oko prevoza bicikli, čekanja, vraćanja opreme za oba tima... Na moje pitanje za planirano vreme pobednika dobih odgovor da se cilj zatvara u 19h (start je bio predviđen za 9 h), pa za 10 h ću sa Tare stići do kuće... Pitam se da li se u ovom slučaju može primeniti Zakon o zaštiti potrošača (korisnika)?</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Ali dobro, osvanula je i subota došli smo na start koji je opet kasnio nekih 20 minuta (rečeno u 10 h). Mass start na mtb i suvo pedalanje po asfaltu, osim oko 1 - 2 km po makadamu, nakon toga se prečlo na orijentiring, sakupljanje kontrola uz put i opet mtb do mesta gde smo ih ostavili i završetak trke orijentiring (opet put varijanta).</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Bilo je i bonus vremenskih kontrola koje su u sumi iznosile preko 70 % vremena pobednika, što ne bih dalje komentarisao. </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />

KT bicikl se uglavnom vozio po asfaltu, samo mali deo je bio van asfalta. Od 1. KT je počinjao orijentiring deo, pri čemu je trebao voditi računa o redosledu KT, 1-4-5-8-11-12 dok su KT 2, 8-1 i 6 imale vremenski bonus od 5, 40 i 20 minuta. Tačke 2 i 8-1 su se dobijale presekom dobijenih koordinata (koje naravno nisu bile tačne za 2. KT). nakon završetka orijentiring dela opet je na red došao biking do dela gde predviđenog za ostavljanje (hotel Tara) i onda ponovo orijentiring deo. I onda moja greška u proceni potrebnog vremena i rastojanja do bonus tačke i odličujemo se da ne idemo po bonus. Dve nedelje pre trke sam izvrnuo skočni zglob (koji je i dalje otečen) i dosta sam se plašio kako ću izdržati na trčanju, pa je pitanje kako bi zbog toga prošli, jer se išlo kroz potok do tačke 8-1. I do kraja put varijanta do cilja i vreme od 1h 56min bez bonus minuta, a vreme pobednika 1h 30 minuta.<br />
<br />
Iskreno, mnogo više sam očekivao od ove trke i organzatora, ali šta da se radi treba praviti selekciju trka i po osnovu organizatora trke. Imali su dobre uslove, prirodu, vreme i dosta takmičara, ali su se pokazali kao nekompetentni i ne na visini zadatka.<br />

Naravno sve te stvari smo brzo zaboravili i u dvorištu kuće gde smo bili smešteni smo se uz roštilj, muziku i karaoke jako dobro proveli. Imali smo bolje ozvčenje nego organizatori trke :)<br />

Već sam na prvoj uspeo da kiksnem (2 minuta) i do pred kraj sam išao dosta dobro. Nakon dosta brzog dela na otvorenom, na 22. KT sam imao grešku od oko 2 - 3 minuta. Na kraju 53:46 minuta za stazu od 6900 metara, pa moglo je i bolje.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />

Jako loše sam trčao oko 4 minuta greške, ali na 9. KT mi čip nije registrovao prolaz tako da sam na kraju bio mp (miss punch) i bez plasmana.</div><br />

Kako sam dan ranije trčao planinsku trku "2 za 2", pomalo samo osecao umor i težinu u nogama i nastupio u BR kategoriji.</div><br />

KT, gde sam malo eksperimentisao sa varijantom i imao manjih problema sa nalaženjem rupe u kojoj je bila kontrola. Dalje idem jako dobro, iako osećam težinu u nogama i ne mogu da trčim dovoljno brzo na ovako ravnom terenu, da bih na 12 KT napravio grešku od nekih 4 minuta. Posle toga prilično iznerviran i dekoncentrisan napuštam 13. KT, ali se brzo ispravljam. Naravno, da sam posle trke, a i dan ranije, iskoristio mogućnosti obližnje banje sa termalnom vodom, hidromasažerima i toboganom. </div><br />

Dva vrha za dva sata je trka upriličena povodom proslave 60 godina od osnivanja PD Kablar Čačak u kojoj je trebalo preći zadatu maršrutu trčanjem ili hodanjem prelazeći dve planine – Kablar i Ovčar, dužine 15 km i visinskom razlikom 1300 m (ovi podaci su dobijeni od strane organizatora, međutim prema Garminu sam pretrčao 15,8 km i 1651 m uspona ). </span></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 16px;"><br />
</span></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 16px;">Podloga za trčanje po kojoj se trčalo je kamen, makadam, trava i zemlja. Staza je bila </span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 16px;">obeležena planinarskim markacijama, kao i dodatnim oznakama - trakama, mada je opšti utisak da je mogla biti i bolje označena. Na moju sreću ja nisam imao problema oko praćenja markacija, kao pojedini takmičari koji su i do 15 minuta lutali pokušavajući da se vrate na stazu.</span></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 16px;"><br />

Iskreno i pored sitnijih nedostataka u organizaciji trke, stvarno sam poneo veoma lepe uspomene, jer ovo je bio prvi put da trčim trku ovakvog tipa. Takođe, sam bio pozitivno izneneđen brojem od oko 50 učesnika.. Definitivno dolazim i sledeće godine!</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"><br />
